SJUNI (SJUNI) Informative meeting with students
on October 12th, 2021, Samtskhe-Javakheti State University held an informational meeting dedicated to the World Mental Health Day. The meeting took place in a hybrid method: a number of students from each faculty attended the meeting on site, while others joined the meeting via Zoom.
The event discussed the importance of mental health, warning signs of mental health problems and recommendations for maintaining a healthy mental health state.
The head of administration of Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, Mr. Roin Tateshvili, welcomed the students and spoke about the importance of the project "Opening psychological counseling centers for students in higher educational institutions of Georgia".
The presentation was led by project manager and senior specialist of International Relations Office, Ms Guranda Modebadze and researcher Ketevan Narimanishvili.
