On November 29, 2021, the first meeting of the next stage of online information meetings was held within the framework of the E-PSY project. The meeting was chaired by the coordinator of the project, associate professor of the University of Brasov, Daniela Popa. The participants of the meeting got acquainted with the information about the infrastructure, faculties, projects for students of Transylvania University of Brasov; Also, about the significance of projects and activities of research institutes and research centers. Professor Louisa Messesian of the Faculty of Sociology and Communications informed the participants about the practical research and pilot project related to the emotional health and mental health of Brasov University students during the pandemic, about the challenges associated with online learning, and also about the interventions implemented by them to improve the quality of educational activities. Mariela Pavalake, Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Brasov, spoke about innovative projects, researches and tools used for psychological educational assessment.

Within the framework of the E-PSY project, the second meeting of online information meetings was held between Transylvania University of Brasov and member universities of the project. Oana Botha, a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Transylvania University of Brasov, informed the participants about the activities of the counseling and career planning center, talked about career, psychological and educational counseling, various services and activities. Also, the participants got acquainted with the psycho-pedagogical intervention program, which is built on the needs of the community and society. Associate Professor Michaela Voine shared the experience of various formal and informal activities with the participants, the purpose of which is to raise the awareness of the university in society, cooperation with representatives of different levels of the educational field, the community, people of different generations. communication between and in general, improving the social environment. At the end of the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to get information about the interdisciplinary training and research programs of Transylvania University of Brasov. Elena-Alexandrina Babi, lecturer of the master's program of music therapy, spoke about the importance of the program and music therapy in general to improve the physical and mental health of a person and life as a whole. On December 1, 2021, within the framework of the E-PSY project, the third online information meeting was held between Transylvania University of Brasov and member universities of the project. Daciana Lupu, associate professor of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Transylvania University of Brasov, introduced the participants to the activities of the information, counseling and career planning center at the university, the programs and activities developed by them, which are intended for students of different levels, including students with special educational needs. Also, he talked about the principles of psychodiagnosis, individual and group counseling and the challenges they have. Associate Professor of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences Daniela Popa spoke about the psychological and academic counseling services and programs for students with special needs, which include their psychocounseling, selection of a suitable study program for them, career orientation and employment assistance, environmental adaptation, provision of assistive devices, electronic learning platform, study materials preparation and adaptation, assistance of professors and teachers, involvement of volunteer students and provision of an inclusive environment in the university. Also, the participants shared information about the various psychological tools used by their center, their strategy and future plans. The meeting was held in question-answer mode. At the end of the meeting, a virtual tour of Transylvania University of Brasov and the city of Brasov was organized for the participants, led by Daniela Popa and Florin Nechita.
